Your application goes to the SSAHS housing team, not into a scoring system. Nothing is decided from the form alone.
A conversation about your household, what you can afford and what you need. No credit check, and no documents needed to have it.
We look at the units with you. If it works, we put you forward to the landlord, Warrington, who makes the final decision.
Intake is rolling. Your details stay with us and we contact you as soon as a home opens, so you are not starting over.
